When you have created a basic UMA2 element from the mesh, you have to create a DK Blue Print for DK UMA to be able to use it. To do so, open the Elements Manager at 'UMA > DK Editor > Elements' Write the name of your UMA2 element in the search field. Your element is now displayed in the 'UMA slots' list for a Slot or the 'UMA overlays' list for an Overlay. In the list, click on the 'Add' button. That will create the DK Blue Print. The DK Blue Print have the same exact name than the original UMA2 element. It should be displayed in the 'DK slots' list or in the 'DK overlays' list. Most of the time, a DK Slot have an associated Overlay, so it is recommanded to prepare the DK Overlay before the DK Slot, in order to be able to link the DK Overlay to the DK Slot. The UMA2 Slot and its associated UMA2 Overlay requires to have the same UMA Material. UMA2 is using PBR, the PBR UMA material is : UMA_Diffuse_Normal_Metallic When ready, select the new DK element and open the DK UMA Editor, to do so you can click on its 'Edit' button or open the DK UMA Editor from the menu at 'UMA > DK Editor > DK UMA Editor' and go to the Prepare tab. Setup your new DK Overlay as described in this information.Setup your new DK Slot as described in this information.
