Here is the way to create a new Ingame Creator scene for the player to customize and save his avatar :
Prepare the project and the scene for DK UMA 2 and UMA 2 : - Create a new scene. - Open the 'DK UMA Editor' window, it will install the necessary DK UMA Objects to your scene. - Open the 'Elements Manager' window. It detects all the UMA and DK UMA elements present in your project. - Click on 'Optional : Install UMA', it will install the necessary UMA Objects to your scene. - Click on '2-Fix Elements', it will correct some UMA elements. - Click on '3-Add to Libraries' to prepare the DK UMA Project and the scene. - Test the scene : Open the 'Create' Tab of the DK UMA Editor window and Create your first randomized avatar, it should be visible in the scene view. - If visible, delete it : using the hierarchy window, delete the 'New UMA Model (Rename it)' object.
Prepare the scene for the Ingame Creator : - Close the 'DK UMA Editor' window. - You can keep the 'Elements Manager' window opened. - Delete the default 'Main Camera' of the scene, Ingame Creator is using its own camera. - Using the Unity menu, open the 'Ingame Creator Editor' at : Window > DK Editors > DK UMA > Plug-Ins > Ingame Creator > Ingame Creator Editor - Using the 'Ingame Creator Editor', click on 'Install the Ingame Creator'. - Test the scene : Launch the runtime mode to verify if all is working.
At this point the player should be able to create its own avatar.
